Artifact: Service Engagement Change Requests
This artifact contains a detailed description of a Service Engagement Change to the contractual agreed baseline of the Service Engagement. This could be an internal Capgemini defined baseline or a baseline agreed with the Client. This artifact is also used to provide a record of decisions and approvals of the proposed Service Engagement Changes to the Service Engagement.
